M.Video-Eldorado Group sees 2022 revenue at over 500 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Aug 27 (PRIME) -- Russian home appliance and electronic goods retailer M.Video-Eldorado Group expects revenue to top 500 billion rubles in 2022, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to reach 35 billion rubles, as seen by PRIME in the company’s presentation on Monday.
The forecast takes into account the synergy effect from purchasing Russia-based stores of Media Markt.
In 2018, the group projects revenue to rise 12% on the year to 340 billion rubles, and EBITDA to grow 27% to 19 billion rubles.
The EBITDA margin is to amount to over 6% in 2019, and the market share is to overshoot 30% in 2020, according to the presentation.
M.Video-Eldorado Group CFO Yekaterina Sokolova said that the company’s business model envisages paying 50% of the net profit in dividends for 2018.
